Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. All shipping costs include VAT. Please note that delivery times may be affected during holidays and sale periods.

Shipping within the Netherlands takes between 5-12 business days. We offer standard shipping to your desired address or you can choose to pick up your order at a local PostNL Pick-up point at your convenience. Please note that you will need to show a form of identification when picking up your order.

While we have made every effort to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of the colors of the products accurately reflects the color of the products. Your products may vary slightly in color from those images. The packaging of the products may vary from the images on the website.

Processing Guidelines

All products on the website are subject to availability and payment is received before your order is processed. We will contact you if the products you have ordered are out of stock, or if additional identification is required for credit card verification.

Refused or Stolen Products

In the event that the delivery is refused for any reason or deemed undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdelivered packages.


You are required to inspect the delivered products as soon as you receive your order and ensure that the products are “as expected”. In the event that they are not “as expected”, please send an email to info@lieverdclothing.com as soon as possible with all necessary information (order, contact details, and problem description) and including photographic evidence.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

We are committed to selling only high-quality products. To that end, we perform various quality checks before a product is shipped. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a new, similar product or refund. In the case of a refund, we may process your full refund within 30 days after we have received the wrong or damaged product, according to our shipping policy.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable or responsible for any non-performance or delay in performance of any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
