PLACING AN ORDER
To be able to place an order, you must be over 18 years old and have a valid credit card or debit card issued by a bank that is acceptable to us.
Please note that all orders are subject to availability and that the inclusion of products on the website at a particular time does not mean that these products will be available at all times.

OUR AGREEMENT
When you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please note that this email is only a confirmation and not an acceptance of your order. A contract is established when we send you an email confirming that the products have been sent. Only the products listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in our contract. If we have already received payment for non-available products, we will refund the applicable amount using the same method that was used to make the payment.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you are a resident of the EU, you can cancel the agreement for any reason and without giving any reason within 7 days of receipt of the products from Lieverd ik ben Thuis. To exercise this right, you must send us a clear message that you want to revoke the agreement, either in writing to LieverdClothing, Hof van Leiden 9, 2631XG, Netherlands, or by contacting our Customer Service, or by using the standard form issued by your local consumer rights authority and submitting it. You must also, at your own expense, return the products promptly and no later than 7 days after your message to cancel the contract.
We will refund you the money you paid for the canceled products in the same way you paid, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. This doen not include the delivery costs for delivery. We do not cover your return. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of your message to cancel the contract, although we may wait until we have received the products back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the products.
Please note that if you have treated the products further than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the products, you are liable for the depreciation of the returned products. Please also note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. If such protection has been broken after delivery by you, we cannot accept a return of the product.
PRICES
The prices listed on the Website include Value Added Tax (VAT) and are final prices. Please note that prices do not include shipping costs, which will be charged separately.
Although we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will notify you of this as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order cancelled.
Lieverd ik ben Thuis is not responsible for any changes in currency or exchange rates that your bank or credit card company may use when paying in your country’s currency.
PAYMENT
We accept payments via IDEAL, Paypal, bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and various local payment options. Upon receipt of your order, we perform a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure that there is sufficient balance to execute the transaction. Please note that the products will only be shipped after the pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
DELIVERY
Orders within the EU are shipped from Hof van Leiden 9, 2631XG (Netherlands). When placing an order, you can choose between standard shipping or shipping with tracking.
For information on our delivery times, please refer to the table here. We always strive to deliver your ordered products within the times listed in this table. However, delivery times are sometimes longer due to unexpected events, such as delays in the post or force majeure. Shipping times may also be longer during high sales volumes, such as holidays.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Nothing in these Terms shall limit any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer in your country of residence. If you have a complaint about a material or manufacturing defect, please contact us info@lieverdclothing.com within a reasonable time after you have noticed the defect and describe your case in as much detail as possible. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
